1. The service
CYRM ("we", "us") provides a tool that converts emails into Google Calendar reminders. By using CYRM you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your account
You must sign in with a Google account to use CYRM. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately at support@cyrm.to if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- ·Use CYRM to send spam or unsolicited emails to hi@cyrm.to.
- ·Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service.
- ·Use the service in any way that violates applicable law.
4. Calendar access
By connecting your Google account, you grant CYRM permission to create, edit, and delete calendar events that CYRM has created on your behalf. We do not access your existing calendar events. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google account settings or by deleting your CYRM account.
5. Availability
We aim to keep CYRM available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
CYRM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that reminders will be created accurately, on time, or at all. Always verify important reminders in your calendar directly.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CYRM is not liable for any missed reminders, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CYRM after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
